Father Abraham was initially published by Red Ozier Press in 1983 as a limited edition. Random House then published it in 1984. This uncorrected proof used the Red Ozier ed for printing purposes (including Red Ozier and 1983 on the title page), thus creating a bit of an odd duck.....
